Machine World's machine upgrade services are the perfect solution for cost effective FAB upgrades. Machine World specializes in upgrades for SVG, and Solitec manual and track systems. SVG 8600 and 8800 systems can be upgraded to process 200mm wafers. The coaters, scrubbers and developers are all able to process 150mm and 200mm wafers without any manipulation of software. All mechanical upgrades are documented and provided to the customer. Machine World Inc also provides full automation for standard sizes on SVG, Solitec, and other equipment.
