Machine World's machine upgrade services are the perfect solution for cost effective FAB upgrades. Machine World specializes in upgrades for SVG, and Solitec manual and track systems. SVG 8600 and 8800 systems can be upgraded to process 200mm wafers. These systems can also process up to 6" Square's. The coaters, scrubbers and developers are all able to process 150mm and 200mm wafers without any manipulation of software. All mechanical upgrades are documented and provided to the customer. Machine World Inc also provides Square substrate centering with full automation on SVG, Solitec, MTI, Spintech, and other equipment.

Machine World Inc. also supplies the industry with our own Spintech Manual Spinner. Spintech manual spin systems are affordable, portable and configurable, making them perfect for R&D applications and lightweight design.

Complete Spintech packages including chuck, bowl (12" bowl standard for S-100 series systems, 22" bowl standard for S-1400 Series systems) & pump (SPINTECH Pump also available.) All Spintech units come with a 90 parts and limited labor warranty.
